Yes! The venue can either send our coordinator photos/videos of the area they would like us to land in, or we can have a representative come out and designate an area.
We request a 100x100 sq ft space which can accommodate any size aircraft we use.

We work on a first-come, first-served basis. As soon as payment is made, your flight is put on our schedule and reserved for you and you only!

More than 5 business days before departure: No cancellation fee. Full refund or credit toward a future charter. 2–5 business days before departure: 50% of the total charter cost will be charged. Less than 48 hours before departure: 100% of the total charter cost will be charged (non-refundable).
If any funds have already been spent on non-recoverable or third-party costs related to the charter—such as insurance increases, landing or facility fees, special permits, ground handling, repositioning, or fuel surcharges—those expenses will be deducted from any refund or credit issued, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
Full refunds are provided anytime if we must cancel your flight due to weather, safety, staff issues, or equipment availability reasons. This does not restart with reschedules you make, only the ones we initiate. If you cancel the rescheduled flight, no refund will be issued.
Schedule changes requested at least 48 hours before departure will be accommodated, when possible, subject to aircraft and crew availability. Reschedules within 48 hours of departure are treated as cancellations and subject to the standard policy above.

* Dining - Enjoy a Chef Crafted Meal from a set menu while listening to live music in a tranquil setting. We take reservations for Dinner on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday night starting at 6pm. Sunday, we offer Brunch at Noon 12pm. It features a 2-course meal and live music.
* Wildlife Experience - Reconnect with Wildlife and Build a Bond with God's most beautiful creations while learning about our conservation efforts. This is an interactive experience unlike any you’ve ever done before. Here you’ll have the opportunity to go hands on, inside their homes, with our ambassador animals. You’ll be able to hold, touch, pet, feed and take pictures with some of the most majestic animals you’ll ever meet. Animals Include: Giraffe, Sloth, Ringtail Lemurs, Brown Lemur, African Serval, African Caracal, Red Kangaroos, Reptiles, Fennec Fox, Camels, Zebra, Scottish Highland Cow and an array of farm animals.
