- What made you decide to pursue a career in aviation?
My husband, Tandy, is the pilot in our family. I love to fly with him.
- How do you spend most of your time when not flying or working?
I am a retired teacher and high school librarian. I enjoy travel, reading, and spending time with my children and grandchildren as well as keeping up with Longhorn.
- What are some other notable moments in your life?
Tandy and I have two sons, Christoper and Robert. Chris and his wife, Ali, have three children and live in Davis, California. Chris works for a pharmacuetical company as a manager, and Ali is a very busy mother and homemaker. Robert is a Captain in the Air Force. He has been flying KC-10's at Travis AFB. He and his wife, Kristin, are expecting their first child very soon. They are being transferred to Hickam, AFB this summer, where he will be flying the G-5. Aviation is indeed a big part of our family life.
